The raw materials are purchased according to the highest quality. To give an example: The high-quality cardamom seeds come from Guatemala and have amost notably intense spicy sweet aroma with awhiff an eucalyptus. 

The seeds are ground by us and come from the cardamom pod. Pre-ground cardamom is often stretched or withinferior enriched. The smell and the taste isthrough this then unfortunately fading.
